In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across non-IT domains for the UK and European markets. **Key Responsibilities** - Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for diverse UK/European Non-IT roles (Finance, Admin, HR, Operations, Marketing, Sales, etc.). - Utilize UK job portals (CV-Library, Reed, Totaljobs, LinkedIn Recruiter) to build a robust candidate pipeline. - Understand UK market trends, visa/work authorization requirements (e.g., Right to Work, ILR), and UK notice periods. - Manage candidate engagement from initial contact through interview scheduling, salary negotiation, and offer acceptance. - Coordinate seamlessly with hiring managers and clients to fulfill open requisitions within strict SLAs. **Role Requirements** - **13 years** of hands-on experience in Non-IT recruitment specifically catering to the **UK or European markets**. - Strong understanding of UK geography, tax terms (PAYE, Umbrella, Ltd Company), and employment regulations. - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. - Ability to work comfortably in **UK shifts**. - Must be currently residing in or willing to commute within **Hyderabad** (Hybrid model). **Work Details & Benefits** - **Work Model:** Hybrid (2 days in-office, Hyderabad) - **Interview Process:** 2 Rounds (Virtual/In-person) - **Employment Type:** Full-time, Permanent
