The candidate should have strong knowledge of PAYE, NIC, SSP, SMP, P45, P60, and UK pension regulations. **Key Responsibilities** - Process end-to-end UK payroll accurately and on time. - Manage PAYE, NIC, SSP, SMP, pension deductions, and statutory compliance. - Handle P45, P60, and year-end payroll activities. - Perform payroll reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. - Respond to employee payroll-related queries. - Ensure compliance with HMRC and UK payroll regulations. **Mandatory Skills** - UK Payroll Processing - PAYE, NIC, SSP, SMP - P45 & P60 - UK Pension Administration - Payroll Reconciliation - HMRC Compliance - Workday/ADP/SAP/Oracle Payroll Systems **Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field. - 3- 5 years of UK Payroll experience. - Certification in payroll or HR (e.g., CPP, PHR) is a plus **Connect with Sanjana Mehra for more insights** **Email - sanjana.mehra@coforge.com**
