- **Desired Skills:** Kronos - **Qualifications:** Bachelor of Engineering **Job DescriptionMust Have:** 1. Experience with Dimensions Timekeeper and Attendance, Scheduling and Rostering, Labor Forecasting, and Analytics. 2. Knowledge of Business Structure, Release Management, HyperFind queries, Workforce Genies and calendars, Data Access Control concepts. 3. Setting up workflow notifications and navigators. 4. Development and troubleshooting experience in interfaces with Dell Boomi Platform / Integrations through APIs. 5. Good knowledge of Kronos Clocks from the application management side. 6. Experience with Kronos custom reporting. 7. Dell Boomi integrations experience will be an advantage. **Good to Have:** 1. Oracle SQL 2. PL/SQL procedures
