Job description

Key Responsibilities: - Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities. - Partner with business leaders and managers to address people-related challenges and provide HR guidance. - Drive the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, PIP management, and feedback discussions. - Handle employee relations by resolving grievances, conducting investigations, and ensuring timely conflict resolution. - Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance requirements. - Manage employee engagement initiatives, rewards & recognition programs, wellness activities, and culture-building initiatives. - Support manpower planning and collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure timely hiring. - Maintain HRIS and employee records with complete accuracy and confidentiality. - Analyze HR metrics such as attrition, absenteeism, headcount, and employee engagement, and prepare periodic dashboards. - Conduct induction and orientation programs for new hires. - Manage exit interviews, identify attrition trends, and recommend retention strategies. - Coordinate learning and development initiatives based on business and employee needs. - Assist in implementing HR policies, processes, and organizational change initiatives. - Support payroll by ensuring timely submission of employee data, attendance, and required documentation. - Ensure a high level of employee experience by responding promptly to HR-related queries. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management. - Experience in performance management and employee relations. - Understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HRMS tools. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: - MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent is preferred. - 37 years of experience in an HR Generalist role. - Experience handling employee engagement, grievance management, and performance management. - Exposure to HR analytics and dashboard reporting is preferred
