## **Key Responsibilities:** - Role - The HRBP practice is looking for a results driven Unit Manager Business Partner HR Senior Manager to play a - critical role in managing a employee base of 5000 within a Business Unit and responsible for aligning our HR initiatives - and functions with business objectives and business needs - This role holder would be responsible for managing a team of - 5 8 BPHRs to deliver on the below - Responsibilities - Work closely with senior management to develop and implement the HR strategy that aligns with the company s - overall goals and objectives - Planning managing strategic HR initiatives for the Line of Business and reviewing HR effectiveness - Ensure HR compliance for the client accounts and business managed - Managing employee motivation through designing and implementing meaningful engagement intervention - Managing Employee satisfaction surveys and action planning for the unit - Guiding the business leaders by creating and reviewing the HR solutions dashboard by giving inputs on metrics such - as attrition employee pulse engagement survey to review and check for health of HR operations - Drive and improve Employee engagement and ensure fair and effective feedback mechanism which will lead to - improved performance - Managing the employee rewards and recognition framework for the unit - Owning and closing critical grievance disciplinary cases managing non compliance in association with ER and legal - Developing good rapport with the leadership team through strong communications and relationship building skills - Conduct performance reviews - Assist delivery leaders to carry out calibration discussions ensure proper distribution - and finalization of rating - Driving the promotion cycle for the unit - Ensuring talent rotation by encouraging mobility through internal job - opportunities - Driving coaching and mentoring intervention and facilitating meaningful Coach Coachee interactions - Driving reskilling upskilling initiatives for various group of employees through targeted interventions and analysis - Leading and reviewing compensation revision discretionary budgets and performance bonuses ensuring cost - effectiveness - Commencing various reward booster programs such as intermediate salary corrections delivery incentives and - enhance awareness of the same in the unit - Lead unit and org level projects beyond the everyday transactional HR work - Act as a trusted advisor and partner to business leaders providing advice guidance and support on all HR matters - including employee relations talent management performance management and compensation - Optimizes organizational effectiveness through the application of HR processes such as organizational design and - strategic planning ## **Preferred Skills:** BPM->Leadership - JL6B
