**Job Purpose** This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.An effective communicator with exceptional relationship management skills with ability to relate to people at all levels of business and management. This role requires to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment **Duties and Responsibilities** 1.BL Channel Management- Build and execute monthly plan of BL-Direct BL-secured sourcing channels (Inbound, call center, marketing channels, e-referral and PSF as caller) along with the campaign, call center and marketing teams. - These channels contributes 80% of the BL-Direct business volume on monthly basis from these channels. 2.BL Offer Management - Closely work with the BIU and Risk teams for new/existing data understanding and offer creation based on various analytics models. - Work on increasing the contribution of offers in BL-Direct business volume. - Along with the Risk and BIU team continuously review and optimize retention program for Business Loans based on the ML and heuristic models. - Continuously track the performance of the offers conversion at call center and psf level to improve the offer accuracy - BL-Secured approval propensity model3.PL Management - Manage monthly PL of BL- ALL. - Along with the finance team build ANNUAL PROJECTS and LONGER PROJECTS FOR BUSINESS PL. - Work on centralized income lines like AMC.4.SME Projects - Actively contribute in SME LONGER PROJECTS FOR BUSINESS and ANNUAL PROJECTS. Work on defining the projects from LONGER PROJECTS FOR BUSINESS to ANNUAL PROJECTS. - Build and execute BL-ALL ANNUAL PROJECTS strategy.5.DSA Managment - Ensure timely and smooth onboarding of DSA - Monthly DSA Payout calculation and timely payment to the DSA6.Change Management - Drive 3in1 downloads by leveraging different channels like SMS, RCS, Call Center and Field team. - Create user journeys for New Car Finance customers on the 3in1 app along with the COE and 3in1 team. - Build Customer engagement framework on the 3in1 app - Define and build the New Car Finance specific use cases for Salesone App along with the COE and IT team - Drive adoption of SaleOne app.7.Team Management - Directly manage New Car Finance Product team. **Required Qualifications and Experience** Establishes and maintains professional networks with subject matter experts. This role requires to track maintain business profitability by ensuring all metrics are in control so as to achieve the business target.
