Unit Sales Manager - Bancassurance Motor

Job description

**Key Responsibilities-** - Drive sales of **Motor** **Extended Warranty (EW)** product through dealer networks - Develop and manage strong relationships with **Motor** **dealers/brokers** to improve business volumes - Ensure effective **channel management and partner engagement** to maximize productivity - Conduct **product and process training** for dealer teams to improve conversion and awareness - Actively monitor dealer performance and implement strategies to enhance penetration - Support partners in resolving operational and service-related queries - Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless policy issuance and service delivery - Base location **Pune** need to travel to assigned locations (**Nashik, Nagpur, etc.**) for business development and relationship management - Basic working knowledge of **MS Excel** for reporting and tracking **Experience Required** - Experience in **selling motor insurance through dealers, agents, or brokers** - Prior experience in **automobile/OEM/dealer ecosystem** preferred **Location & Mobility** - **Base Location:** Pune - Should be **open to travel** for business requirements.
