Interested profiles with 5+ years of on-site experience in Warehouse Fitout Project Execution, involving Electrical,HVAC, FFS, FAS, PA, CCTV, IT, MEP, Civil & Interior Office works & other associated services from E-commerce/ Logistics/ Retail/ Infrastructure/ Commercial space. **On-Site Full time role, Should be comfortable with frequent traveling and lengthy deputation at Project sites Pan India as per business requirements.** **Base Location : Bhiwandi - Lonad** **Academic Qualification:** B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering. **Roles and Responsibilities:** 1. Act as a SPOC in delivering multiple Infra Projects within the Timeline & Budget. 2. Micro level project planning, scheduling, monitoring & coordination with all internal & external stakeholders. 3. Design validation of correct, consistent, and comprehensive drawings and specifications. 4. Ensure proper Safety & Quality of execution work at sites. 5. Ensure documented handover of all completed facilities, complying HOTO signoff process. 6. Review, certify measurements & Sign off vendors' bills. Ensure timely GRN, Submission of Provisions, Bills, and Closure of PO as per Contract. 7. Value addition in Project cost & timeline management. **Skills :** Project Management, AutoCAD, MS Projects, MS Office, Google Sheets, Good Written and Verbalcommunication. Six Sigma / Project Management certified candidates preferred.
