**Role:** Program Specialist US Healthcare (Non-Voice Process) **Experience:** 2+ years **Location:** Bengaluru, Karnataka **Employment Type:** 6-Month Contract **Job Description:** We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated **Program Specialist** with strong experience in the **US healthcare industry**, especially in handling sensitive patient data and reimbursement processes. This is a **non-voice backend role**, ideal for someone who can manage documentation, eligibility verification, and patient assistance coordination efficiently. **Key Responsibilities:** - Process patient applications and determine eligibility - Coordinate prescription orders with pharmacies - Verify insurance and perform periodic reverification - Manage case documentation in tracking systems - Respond to provider/patient queries via fax or email - Ensure HIPAA compliance and process accuracy - Strictly follow program-specific SOPs **Candidate Requirements:** - 2+ years of experience in US healthcare (reimbursement/patient support) - Familiarity with HIPAA guidelines - Strong written communication skills in English - Proficiency in handling multiple software systems - Graduation/Post-Graduation from a recognized university - Typing speed of 35 WPM with 85% accuracy **Shift Timings:** 11:00 PM to 8 AM 5 days WFO
