Job description

**Roles and Responsibilities** - Process insurance claims, including property and casualty claims. - Review claim documents, calculate benefits, and release payments to policyholders. - Determine actions to take on each claim (e.g., pay, decline, request additional documents). - Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers and internal stakeholders. - Identify opportunities for process improvements within the team or department. **Desired Candidate Profile** - 1-2 years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance Operations or related field. - Strong understanding of P&C insurance products, policies, and procedures. - Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
