Experience - 9+ years preferred Leadership Hiring Experience in NON-IT for US, LATAM, Europe Location : Pune Shift : 5 PM to 2:30 PM CTC – Max 15 Lacs **Key Responsibilities** - **Strategy & Planning** - Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals. - **Talent Acquisition** - Source talent through platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn & Referrals. - Build and maintain a database of high-performing candidates. - **Screening & Selection** - Conduct skill assessments, portfolio reviews, and interviews. - Ensure fair and bias-free selection processes. - **Compliance & Documentation** - Ensure adherence to labor laws and organizational policies. - **Reporting & Analytics** - Monitor gig hiring metrics (cost, time-to-hire, quality of hire). - Prepare and present reports for leadership on gig workforce performance. **Required Skills & Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. - 9 to 12 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 5 years in Leadership Hiring for US, LATAM, Europe - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Familiarity with compliance and tax regulations for US, LATAM, Europe workers.
