**Job Description: US Payroll** **Location:** Bangalore **Shift:** Should be comfortable with night (US) & Rotational Shifts (24x5 Rotational Support) **Work Mode:** Work from Office (No Hybrid) **Role Overview** We are looking for a detail-oriented **Payroll Analyst** to support **end-to-end US payroll operations** , including pre-payroll, payroll processing, and post-payroll activities. The role involves working closely with HR, Finance, and payroll vendors to ensure **accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery** . The position requires strong knowledge of **US payroll processes, data management, compliance, and reporting** , with the ability to operate in a **high-volume, SLA-driven environment** . **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Pre-Payroll Activities** - Manage employee data changes (new hires, terminations, updates) - Process time & attendance inputs (overtime, absences, adjustments) - Validate payroll inputs (bonuses, increments, special payments) - Handle employee payroll queries and data corrections 1. **Payroll Processing** - Perform payroll validation, trial runs, and error resolution - Ensure payroll accuracy before final processing - Manage payroll controls and exception handling - Coordinate with payroll vendors (ADP, Paychex, Paycom) 1. **Post-Payroll Activities** - Support statutory reporting and compliance activities - Generate payroll reports and audit documentation - Assist in payroll accounting (GL posting, reconciliation) - Handle payroll queries and incident resolution within SLA 1. **Stakeholder & Process Management** - Work with HR, Finance, and third-party vendors - Support audits, compliance checks, and governance - Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives - Ensure SLA adherence (accuracy, turnaround time, query resolution)
