Job description

**Key Responsibilities:** - **Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US-based roles (sourcing to** **onboarding).** - **Source candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals,** **and databases.** - **Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.** - **Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.** - **Negotiate offers, manage candidate expectations, and ensure smooth onboarding.** - **Maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future requirements.** - **Build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders.** - **Ensure adherence to hiring timelines and quality metrics.** - **Maintain accurate records in ATS and recruitment systems.** **Required Qualifications & Skills:** - **4+ years of overall recruitment experience.** - **Minimum 3+ years of recent or current experience in US recruitment (Mandatory).** - **Strong understanding of US hiring practices, processes, and compliance.** - **Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment.** - **Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Mandatory).** - **Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.** - **Positive attitude and growth mindset.** - **Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.** **Mandatory Requirements:** **• Willingness to work 5 days from IBM Manyata office (Bangalore).** **• Comfortable working in night shift (7:00 PM 4:00 AM).** **• Immediate to 30 days notice period.** **Preferred / Good to Have:** **• Experience working with Workday ATS is preferred.** **• Experience in recruiting for the US Hospitality industry.**
