**Roles & Responsibilities:** - 3-4 years of recruitment experience with strong focus on core Life Sciences functional hiring - Proven experience hiring for roles across R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Medical, Quality, Manufacturing, or Laboratory settings - Good understanding of the Life Sciences talent landscape and domain-specific skill sets - Strong sourcing and candidate assessment capability - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment - Flexibility to work in US shift (6:30 PM 3:00 AM IST)
