Job description

- **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Experience in US IT, Non- IT, Life Sciences, Construction & Property and Bulk Hiring, full lifecycle recruitment including searching, sourcing, screening / conducting telephonic interview, coordination and candidate engagement - Good working experience of job boards like LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Dice, Indeed, CareerBuilder etc. - Good knowledge of various skills in the US Job Market tax terms, work authorizations, work types etc - Good in preparing and using search strings and techniques (Boolean, Xray searches etc.) - Good communication skills (written and verbal) - Knowledge of MS Office (like Word, Excel and Outlook) - Eye for detail with multi-tasking skills - Team player, proactive and energetic .
