**Key Skills:** UX Designer, Legal, Compliance, UX, UI/UX, UX Design, Business Rules, Health, Healthcare **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Advise on UX accessibility and inclusive design practices, ensuring alignment with WCAG and assistive technology needs. - Provide compliance and legal-informed guidance for digital ethics and responsible AI topics, including fairness, bias mitigation, transparency, explainability, and harm reduction. - Define and operationalize business rules that scale UX governance across large organizations, including tool/framework guidance. - Support cross-functional teams by influencing enterprise strategy and embedding accessibility and ethics into product delivery. - Review and guide the design of tools, frameworks, or automated systems that help teams apply accessibility and compliance at scale. **Skills Required:** - 11+ years of experience in accessibility, inclusive design, digital ethics, responsible AI, compliance, or related fields. - UX, UI/UX, and UX Design expertise with an advisory mindset. - Legal and compliance knowledge applied to digital ethics and responsible AI governance. - Business rules definition and operationalization to scale UX standards across enterprise programs. - Accessibility and inclusive design guidance grounded in WCAG and assistive technology understanding. Good to Have: - Health and healthcare domain experience. - Deep knowledge of WCAG, assistive technologies, and relevant regulatory frameworks**.** **Education:** Bachelor's Degree in related field
