**Key Skills:** Figma, UX, User Experience, UI/UX, UX Design, UX Designer, Wireframe **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Lead UX design efforts from discovery through design delivery, ensuring consistent user-centered experiences. - Create and refine UI/UX flows, interaction concepts, and design specifications using Figma. - Collaborate with product and analytics teams to interpret user feedback and usage insights to guide UX improvements. - Develop UX design artifacts (e.g., user experience documentation and design rationale) to support alignment across teams. - Ensure design quality through reviews, iteration, and adherence to UX standards and usability best practices. **Skills Required:** - 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in UX/UI/UX design - UX, User Experience, and UI/UX design experience - UX Design leadership and hands-on UX Designer execution - Ability to translate user needs into clear UX design deliverables - Proficiency in Figma for creating and maintaining design assets Good to Have: - Wireframe creation **Education:** Degree in a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
