**Summary** **Position Summary** **Finance Transformation** We are seeking a highly motivated Finance & AI Specialist with 3+ years of experience who brings together deep business finance expertise and hands-on artificial intelligence capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of financial strategy and emerging technology, enabling the organization to unlock new value through intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and AI-driven decision support. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable building financial models and designing AI pipelines — translating complex financial requirements into scalable, intelligent solutions. You will serve as a bridge between the Finance function and the Data & Technology organization, driving transformation initiatives that improve speed, accuracy, and strategic insight across the business. **Work you'll do** As an Analytics and Insights Engineer II on the Finance AI team, you will be responsible for: - Analyze finance and business requirements and translate them into conceptual, logical, and technical AI-enabled solutions - Collaborate with finance stakeholders, business analysts, data architects, and technology teams to define and deliver scalable solutions - Design, develop, and deploy artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions for finance use cases such as anomaly detection, cash flow prediction, forecasting, and expense classification - Develop generative AI, natural language processing, prompt library, retrieval-augmented generation, and multi-agent solutions to support finance planning, reporting, audit, and decision support activities - Build and maintain data pipelines and API-based integrations across cloud and data platforms, including AWS, Databricks, and Snowflake - Support AI governance, model risk, and explainability practices, and provide guidance to team members on AI tools, agentic AI, and prompt engineering **The team** The Finance AI team helps finance organizations apply data, analytics, and artificial intelligence to improve decision-making, automation, and business insight. The team works across finance, data, and technology stakeholders to design scalable solutions that support planning, reporting, and operational efficiency. This role contributes to the delivery of intelligent solutions that combine finance domain knowledge with emerging technology capabilities. **Location: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai** **Qualifications** **Required:** - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field - 3+ years of experience building AI or machine learning solutions in enterprise environments - 3+ years of experience supporting finance processes such as financial planning and analysis, controllership, commercial finance, reporting, or forecasting - Experience developing solutions using Python, SQL, and data libraries such as Pandas or NumPy - Experience building generative AI, agent-based, natural language processing, or retrieval-augmented generation solutions - Experience integrating data from platforms such as AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform - Experience translating business requirements into technical solution designs and production-ready implementations **Preferred:** - Experience with FastAPI, Node.js, or ReactJS - Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or vector database tools - Experience with AWS services such as Bedrock, SageMaker, Amazon EC2, or API Gateway - Experience with data modeling - Experience working in Agile delivery environments #FY27\\_FT\\_Business Finance\\_Finance AI #CA-AN #CA-AS5 **Our purpose** Deloitte’s purpose is to make an impact that matters for our people, clients, and communities.
