**Deloitte Global Consulting Services – Sales Specialist Assistant Manager** **About the team** Global Consulting Services (GCS) works globally across practices and borders to support Deloitte’s Strategy, Risk & Transactions (SR&T) and Technology & Transformation (T&T) businesses. Within the GCS, the Global Sales team is tasked with ensuring consistency in sales practices, sharing best practices, and enhancing win rates on a global scale. Collaborating closely with designated Global Sales Leaders from various geographies and business units, the team is committed to executing strategic priorities that are typically high-impact and high-visibility, aligning with the overarching strategic objectives of the firm. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual who thrives in both individual contributor as well as collaborative environments across different project magnitudes. **Overview of the role** The Global Sales Excellence Council Support role is responsible for coordinating and supporting the day-to-day operations of the Council composed of senior global leaders. The role ensures the council operates efficiently, with strong governance, clear communication, and effective coordination across regions, functions, and stakeholder groups. **Work you’ll do** The professional will help to accelerate execution of our Global Sales Excellence Council strategic agenda by simplifying, and streamlining operations (reporting, PMO activities etc.), creating compelling and transparent leadership communications. The professional will synthesize outcomes, demonstrate strong analytical and business writing skills, and develop impactful narratives with recommendations based on research and analysis. Projects often involve collaboration across workstreams to ensure coordination and alignment. **Key responsibilities** - Support the end-to-end operations of the Global Council, including planning, scheduling, logistics, and coordination of meetings and related activities - Partner with global stakeholders to ensure timely preparation of materials, agendas, briefing packs, and follow-up actions - Coordinate across time zones and geographies to support participation and engagement from council members and their teams - Track action items, decisions, and deliverables to ensure accountability and follow-through - Help manage governance processes, including meeting cadence, documentation, and reporting - Draft, edit, and distribute communications, summaries, and meeting outputs in a clear and professional manner - Maintain organized records of council materials, decisions, and key updates - Support stakeholder engagement by ensuring communications are well timed, concise, and aligned to leadership priorities - Identify opportunities to improve operating processes, meeting effectiveness, and coordination efficiency - Manage sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism - Provide additional administrative and operational support as needed to enable effective council performance - Demonstrate solid project management skills, and seamlessly support and switch to different workstreams as required - Thrive in a fast-paced global team environment, leveraging strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively in a remote setting - Operate in cross-functional and geographically diverse team and effectively deliver on strategic priorities, including reporting, analytics, and operational priorities with evolving business needs - Demonstrate strong stakeholder management by communicating status, risks, issues, and recommendations proactively, while managing expectations across a global, matrixed organization Requisite core skills - - Strong coordination and project management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work effectively across global teams and diverse stakeholders - Strong attention to detail and follow-through - High level of discretion and professionalism - Comfortable working in a dynamic, matrixed environment - - Strong logical structuring and storyboarding skills, superior knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint - Strong business writing skills (i.e., clear, concise, and compelling writing capabilities) - Experience supporting a global leadership forum, steering committee, board, or council - Background in operations, program coordination, executive support, or governance - Exposure to multinational or cross-functional business environments - Accustomed to working in co-located and virtual teams **Qualifications, experience, work location, and timing** We are looking for a passionate, high energy, and self-motivated individual who is accustomed to working independently and collaboratively on small and large projects in a close-knit team. - - Education: Master’s Degree, MBA is preferred - Work experience: 6+ years of relevant experience in Project Management or supporting a global leadership forum - Strong track record with previous employment, preferably with consulting firms - Location: Hyderabad - - Work hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM OR 02:00 PM – 11:00 PM (expected to be flexible with time zones) - Working from office: The individual is expected to come to office **at least 2 days a week** as per the ‘work from office’ schedule **About Deloitte** “Deloitte” is the brand under which independent firms throughout the world collaborate to provide services in a geographic area.
