**Summary** **Position Summary** **Deloitte Global Consulting Services - Specialist Manager** **About The Team** The Global Consulting Services Strategy, Risk & Transactions (SR&T) team is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and strategic insights across the Business, leveraging deep business expertise and a collaborative approach to drive client success and operational excellence in support of our Global Consulting Services SR&T leadership and global network. **Overview Of The Role** The professional will act as a strategic enabler and advisor to Global Consulting Services Leaders, driving executive decision making. They will enable global Risk, Regulatory & Forensic (RRF) Offering Portfolio leaders to make strategic decisions that translates into marketplace impact and growth. The professional will help accelerate execution of our strategic agenda by delivering high impact strategic projects, simplifying and streamlining operations (reporting, PMO activities etc.), creating compelling and transparent leadership communications to solve the most complex challenges in exponentially powerful ways. **About The Role** As part of the Global Consulting Services USI team, you will work closely with colleagues across multiple Member Firms, geographies and practices. You will develop a strong understanding of the RRF business and its strategic priorities, enabling you to identify value-creation opportunities, monitor trends and appropriately escalate issues. You will partner closely with senior leaders to drive global alignment around strategic priorities and support high-impact, high-visibility initiatives aligned to Global firm and Consulting Services leadership objectives. This includes coordinating across workstreams, managing dependencies and ensuring effective collaboration and alignment to deliver outcomes. The role also involves analysing quantitative and qualitative data, leading and developing junior practitioners and proactively engaging with stakeholders. You will apply strong project and programme management skills to drive delivery across complex, cross-functional workstreams. **Key Responsibilities** - Partner with the RRF Chief of Staff and Offering teams to plan and deliver strategic initiatives for Deloitte’s RRF offering portfolio, translating business needs into clear, outcome focused workplans with defined milestones, deliverables, owners and success measures, and driving timely, high quality execution across stakeholders and workstreams. - Manage multiple complex workstreams end-to-end, applying strong programme and project management discipline and responding effectively to time-critical requests from senior leaders across businesses, geographies and industries. - Build and maintain strong working relationships across SR&T, other Global Consulting Services pillars, as well as Member Firms to align stakeholders, proactively manage dependencies, enable decision making and accelerate delivery. - Provide PMO and governance support across the RRF portfolio and leadership forums, including agendas. maintaining delivery plans, dashboards and reporting, and producing governance packs, agendas, action logs and decision logs to ensure transparency, accountability and on-time delivery. - Manage RRF budget end to end, including planning, tracking actuals vs. plan, forecasting and preparing quarterly business review and leadership reporting materials. - Own development of leadership‑ready materials for senior forums, ensuring a clear, consistent narrative, sharp messaging, and executive‑quality design to support effective decision‑making. - Lead stakeholder communications and change adoption for new initiatives, including regular communication updates and briefing packs. - Drive operational enablement by improving knowledge management and standard ways of working across the team. Scale best practices, improving consistency, efficiency and speed of delivery through the creation and adoption of reusable templates, checklists and toolkits. - Coordinate a cross-functional, geographically distributed USI team by setting clear expectations, managing delivery across time zones, removing blockers, coaching team members and ensuring progress across parallel workstreams. **Requisite Core Skills** - Strong client-service mindset with an enthusiasm for embracing dynamic and demanding projects - Proactive, self-motivated, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams - Highly proficient at prioritising tasks to meet critical deadlines and adapt to changing requirements - Proficiency in navigating ambiguity, proactively identifying challenges, proposing and implementing mitigation strategies - Strong team player with exemplary attention to detail, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Experience in financial analysis and data analytics (MS Excel); ability to enhance reporting and generate insight for the business - Excellent storyboarding and narrative structuring skills, with proven ability to distil complex qualitative and quantitative information into a clear, audience-led story and translate it into executive-ready presentations - Ability to build collaborative relationships and influence superiors and peers in a large and complex global organization - Advanced project management skills, with experience successfully managing a team - Experience in staff development and readiness to mentor junior practitioners - Extensive experience in budget management and reporting **Qualifications, experience, work location, and timing** We are looking for a passionate, high energy, and self-motivated individual who is accustomed to working independently and collaboratively on projects ranging in scale and scope in a close-knit team - Academic qualification: Master’s Degree - Work experience: 9+ years of relevant experience - Strong track record with previous employment, preferably with consulting firms or corporate strategy - Location: Hy
