The company operates from Mumbai and Bengaluru and is expanding its footprint through new locations such as Hyderabad. **Role Description** The Validation Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The Validation Manager will oversee quality and process validation for interior design projects, ensuring that designs, materials, installations, and workflows meet established standards and client expectations. This role includes developing and maintaining validation protocols, conducting site inspections, reviewing project documentation, and coordinating with design, project management, and execution teams to identify and resolve inconsistencies or defects. The Validation Manager will track validation metrics, prepare reports, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction. This position also involves collaborating with leadership to refine best practices, support audits, and contribute to training initiatives related to quality and compliance. **Qualifications** - Strong experience in quality assurance, validation processes, and standards implementation within construction, interiors, or related design-led industries. - Ability to develop, review, and optimize validation protocols, checklists, and documentation for multiple project stages. - Proficiency in project coordination, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration with design, execution, and vendor teams. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement. - Familiarity with safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements relevant to interior design and construction projects. - Comfort with using digital tools and project management software to track issues, timelines, and validation outcomes. - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, interior design, construction management, or a related field; advanced certifications in quality or validation are an advantage. - Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role, with the ability to coach teams and uphold high standards of delivery. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional regional language skills are a plus.
