Value Stream Lead (m/f/d) In this role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end value stream across production and logistics operations, ensuring optimal resource utilization and continuous improvement. You will drive quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) performance by managing capacity, optimizing workflows, and implementing Lean/OPEX methodologies to achieve operational excellence. Your job: • Lead and manage the value stream operations, ensuring optimal capacity planning and resource allocation (people, machines, materials) • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/OPEX tools to enhance quality, productivity, and delivery performance • Monitor and analyzeKPIs, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions to sustain performance • Optimize production and logistics workflows by identifying losses and driving efficiency improvements • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards within the value stream • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, escalate risks, and implement improvements • Lead shopfloor management routines (PDCA, daily operations reviews) to drive execution excellence • Drive innovation and process improvements by implementing ideas and best practices • Manage, coach, and develop team members, ensuring high performance and engagement • Ensure compliance with company policies, and support customer-focused delivery outcomes Our requirements: • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field with 6–8 years of relevant experience in production or logistics • Strong knowledge of Lean/OPEX methodologies, value stream management, and process improvement • Experience in team handling, shopfloor management, and KPI-driven operations • Knowledge of quality management systems and production/logistics processes • Good analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP with good English communication skills
