Act as the technical owner and SME for core applications, driving architecture decisions, modernization, and optimization initiatives. Design and oversee development of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using VB.NET (Windows Forms, Console Apps) with focus on enterprise-grade standards. Own and govern SQL Server environments , including performance tuning, high availability, backup/recovery strategies, and cloud integration (AWS S3, RDS). Provide technical leadership for production support , ensuring stability, proactive monitoring, and RCA-driven improvements across systems. Oversee and optimize batch processing frameworks including Windows Scheduled Tasks and SQL Server Agent Jobs. Drive modernization and rationalization of legacy systems (VBScript, MS Access, Excel VBA), with a roadmap toward scalable platforms. Collaborate with business, actuarial, and finance stakeholders to ensure insurance-specific functional alignment and compliance . ͏ ͏ ͏ Deliver No. Performance Parameter Measure 1.
