Job Description: Key Responsibilities - Develop, maintain, and optimize VBA macros in Excel for automation and reporting - Design user-friendly Excel-based tools and dashboards - Automate repetitive business and operational processes - Work with large datasets and ensure data accuracy and integrity - Debug and enhance existing VBA code and Excel models - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions - Create and maintain documentation for macros, tools, and processes - Ensure automation solutions follow best practices and data security standards Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities - Develop, maintain, and optimize VBA macros in Excel for automation and reporting - Design user-friendly Excel-based tools and dashboards - Automate repetitive business and operational processes - Work with large datasets and ensure data accuracy and integrity - Debug and enhance existing VBA code and Excel models - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions - Create and maintain documentation for macros, tools, and processes - Ensure automation solutions follow best practices and data security standards Qualifications: Required Skills & Qualifications - Strong experience in **Excel VBA / Macros** - Advanced knowledge of **Excel functions, formulas, Pivot Tables, and charts** - Ability to work with large datasets and perform data analysis - Understanding of data validation, error handling, and performance optimization in VBA - Experience integrating Excel with other applications (Outlook, Access, CSV, text files, etc.) - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams - Experience with **SQL, Access, or Power BI** - Knowledge of **automation concepts and process improvement** - Exposure to **financial, operations, or reporting environments** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field (Relevant experience can be considered in place of formal education)
