**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Conduct thorough vehicle evaluations to identify defects, malfunctions, and areas for improvement. - Develop test plans, procedures, and reports to document testing results and recommendations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues identified during testing and implement corrective actions. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and standards related to vehicle safety and performance. **Job Requirements :** - 3-8 years of experience in vehicle testing or a related field (e.g., automotive engineering). - Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics, including mechanics, aerodynamics, and materials science. - Proficiency in conducting various types of tests (e.g., static/dynamic) using specialized equipment (e.g., crash simulators). - Ability to analyze data from testing sessions to draw meaningful conclusions about vehicle performance.
