Dear Professionals , TCS is Hiring For Vendor Management Officer Total Experience -8Years-12Years Rel Exp-8 Years Skills -Vendor Management ,Contract Management ,SLA ,Compliance & Risk Management Location - Chennai Date -25th-June-2026 Interview -Mode -Virtual JD : Must Have : Vendor Governance & Performance Management • Establish and maintain vendor governance frameworks and operating models. • Conduct regular vendor performance reviews, including QBRs / MBRs. • Track SLAs, KPIs, and service quality metrics, ensuring compliance and performance. • Lead issue escalation, service improvement plans, and corrective actions. 2. Contract & Commercial Management • Support contract creation, negotiation, renewals, and amendments. • Monitor contract compliance and ensure vendors adhere to agreed terms. • Work with Procurement and Legal on commercial discussions and risk mitigation . • Identify cost-optimization opportunities and manage spend transparency . 3. Relationship Management - Act as the primary operational contact for vendor interactions. - Build strategic relationships with key suppliers to improve collaboration. • Facilitate communication between internal teams and vendors. 4. Risk, Compliance & Audit - Ensure vendors meet internal governance, audit, regulatory, and security requirements. • Monitor vendor risks (financial, operational, cyber, regulatory). • Maintain vendor risk assessments and due-diligence documentation. • Support internal and external audits with vendor-related evidence and reports . 5. Service Transition & Onboarding • Support vendor onboarding, including compliance checks, contract setup, and performance frameworks . • Collaborate with IT and operations teams on service transition from . • Ensure vendors are fully integrated into organizational processes . 6. Reporting & Analytics - Produce dashboards and reports on vendor performance, risks, spend, and compliance. - Analyses trends to proactively identify improvement opportunities . • Present insights to senior leaders and governance forums . 7.
