**Minimum qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in operations or business management, and vendor management. - 5 years of experience using analytics or project management tools to solve business issues. - Experience working in shared services, captives, or managing multi-vendor/Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments. - Experience monitoring supplier performance metrics, tracking KPIs and SLA adherence. **Preferred qualifications:** - Expertise in financial modeling, cost/spend analysis, and contract lifecycle optimization. - Excellent communication and relationship management skills with experience resolving conflicts. - Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of driving process maturity and continuous improvements. **About The Job** Enable Core to create exceptional value for Alphabet by delivering efficient, resilient and innovative IT services and technology through strategic partnerships at scale. As the Core team, we have a mandate and a unique opportunity to impact important technical decisions across the company. **Responsibilities** - Own and manage relationships with key GTE vendor service providers. Oversee service delivery performance to ensure high-quality output and successful customer outcomes. Lead regular vendor performance and business reviews, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs). - Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and commercial leakage using data-driven insights. Collaborate with vendor sites and business stakeholders to develop and implement innovative, scalable solutions. - Manage and optimize processes impacting operations, including contracting, budget/finances, capacity planning, and Statement of Work (SOW) compliance. - Serve as the primary escalation point for internal and external performance or supplier relationship issues, resolving operational bottlenecks independently. - Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholders (including GPO, Finance, and Security) to execute complex strategic initiatives.
