Job Description - -------------- **Job Description** ServiceNow Development **Responsibilities** * Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development * Expertise in: * SAM Pro (Software Asset Management Professional) * ITOM modules (Discovery, CMDB, ACC) * Normalization \& Data Reconciliation * Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide APIs (GlideRecord, GlideSystem, etc.) * Experience with Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and workflow automation * Hands-on experience with Now Assist / AI capabilities in ServiceNow * Strong experience in ServiceNow integrations: * REST \& SOAP APIs * Kafka / Hermes Kafka event-based integrations * Knowledge of dashboards, reporting, and performance analytics * Solid understanding of ITSM processes * Strong problem-solving and communication skills
