**Job Requirements** The Vertical HR Business Partner serves as the senior people partner for Quest Global's Energy & Utilities Vertical, a global engineering and technology organization comprising more than 6,000 employees across multiple geographies. As a member of the extended business leadership team, the role provides strategic direction on people-related priorities that enable the Vertical's growth, operational excellence, and long-term business objectives. Working closely with the Global Business Head, regional leaders, and HR Centers of Excellence, the incumbent ensures alignment between business strategy and organizational capability, helping the business navigate scale, complexity, and evolving market demands. The role has enterprise-wide influence across the employee lifecycle and is accountable for driving a consistent people agenda, strengthening leadership effectiveness, fostering a high-performance culture, and building organizational readiness to support the future direction of the Energy & Utilities Vertical. Additionally, the role leads the HRBP team to support the vertical and serves as a key advisor on critical organizational decisions impacting business performance, workforce health, and sustainable growth. **Key Responsibilities** **Strategic Business Partnership:** - Partner with the Global Business Head and leadership team to drive people strategies that enable business growth, operational excellence, and transformation priorities. - Act as a trusted advisor on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, leadership capability, and talent-related decisions. **Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning** - Lead workforce planning to ensure the right talent and capabilities are in place to meet current and future business needs. - Drive talent reviews, succession planning, and high-potential talent development across critical roles. - Partner with Talent Acquisition and Learning teams to strengthen talent pipelines and capability-building initiatives. **Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness** - Coach senior leaders on leadership effectiveness, team performance, and organizational health. - Lead organization design and restructuring initiatives to improve scalability, efficiency, and business outcomes. - Build leadership bench strength through focused succession and development efforts. **Change Management & Transformation** - Lead the people agenda for strategic transformation and organizational change initiatives. - Drive change adoption through effective stakeholder engagement and change management practices. - Support business evolution by fostering organizational agility and resilience. **Employee Engagement & Culture** - Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives aligned to business priorities. - Foster a high-performance, inclusive, and values-driven work environment. - Strengthen employee experience through effective communication and leadership engagement. **Performance & Talent Management** - Drive talent reviews and performance calibration processes to identify, develop, and retain high-performing and high-potential talent. - Enable career growth and internal mobility opportunities to enhance talent retention. - Partner with leaders to address performance and capability gaps. **People Analytics & Governance** - Utilize workforce analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to business leaders. - Monitor key people metrics including attrition, engagement, productivity, and succession readiness. - Ensure adherence to organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and governance standards. **HRBP Team Leadership** - Lead and develop a high-performing team of HR Business Partners supporting the vertical globally. - Drive consistency, capability development, and adoption of HR best practices across regions. **Work Experience** **Key Requirements & Qualifications:** - Master’s degree in human resource or related field. - 15+ years of progressive HR experience with significant HRBP leadership exposure. - Experience supporting large, complex global organizations (3,000+ employees preferred). - Strong experience in Engineering Services, Technology, Industrial, Energy, Manufacturing, EPC, Utilities, or related sectors. - Proven track record of partnering with senior executives and business leaders. - Experience leading large-scale organizational transformation and change management initiatives. - Prior experience managing HRBP teams across regions preferred. **Benefits** **Our Culture Pillar: The way we work!** We’re always looking for humble geniuses from all backgrounds yearning to be part of something greater than themselves.
