- Lead AI-enabled transformation in Operations charter - Accountable for integrating AI into P&C India insurance domain operations to drive measurable business outcomes - Lead delivery for the assigned portfolio, ensuring operational, financial, business and transformation goals are consistently met - Build a high-performance, inclusive, and AI and digitally fluent team - Champion operating model simplification, cross-functional collaboration, and scalable governance - Represent operations in executive forums with crisp business health, risk, investment, and AI/transformation narratives - Shape differentiated Insurance capabilities, including domain-specific AI solutions and proprietary delivery frameworks
