Job description

- Job Description: Build a high-performance, inclusive, and digitally fluent leadership team across geographies. - Champion operating model simplification, cross-functional collaboration, and scalable governance. - Represent operations in executive forums with crisp business health, risk, investment, and transformation narratives. - Shape differentiated Insurance F&A capabilities, including domain-specific AI solutions and proprietary delivery frameworks. - Responsibilities: Own India Insurance F&A operations strategy execution, P&L performance, and margin expansion. - Lead end-to-end delivery across global centers, ensuring SLA adherence, quality, risk governance, and client confidence. - Partner with IMUs and client CXOs to convert delivery excellence into growth, expansion, advocacy, and long-term strategic partnerships. - Drive AI, analytics, automation, and platform-led transformation across operations with clear ROI and adoption metrics. - Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration; MBA (Finance) or equivalent postgraduate qualification; Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred - Strongly Preferred Certifications: CPA (US), ACCA, CIMA, CFA (advantageous), Six Sigma Black Belt / PMP - Potential next moves include enterprise SGU leadership, broader operations leadership, or Industry & Market Unit leadership.
