Exp - 20+ yrs Location - Gurgaon / Jaipur **Responsibilities:** - Oversee a diverse portfolio comprising both **Finance & Accounting (F&A)** and **Non-F&A** operations with 1700 FTE span. - The scope includes functions such as **Master Data Management (MDM), Pricing, Marketing, and potentially Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO)** , in addition to core F&A capabilities. - The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in establishing, scaling, and leading this centralized operating model while driving operational excellence and supporting global business objectives. - **Global Operations Leadership:** The ideal candidate should have extensive experience leading global operations, with a proven track record of managing large, cross-functional teams across geographies. They should be capable of driving operational excellence while serving as the senior face of the organization for global operations. - **Digital Transformation Acumen:** The candidate should have a strong understanding of digital transformation initiatives. While a technology background is not essential, they should be comfortable engaging in technology-enabled transformation discussions, reviewing transformation programs, and collaborating effectively with functional stakeholders on digital initiatives. - **Executive Stakeholder Management:** Exceptional stakeholder management skills are critical. The role requires building strong relationships and influencing senior executives, including CFOs, CIOs, Business Unit Leaders, and other C-suite stakeholders. The candidate should demonstrate executive presence, customer-centricity, and the ability to engage confidently with leadership at the highest levels.
