- Exp - 20+ yrs - Location - Gurgaon - Skill - Operations, Capital Markets & Banking - Define and execute strategic initiatives to improve operational processes and drive enterprise-wide efficiency. Conduct advanced data analysis to uncover performance trends and inform high impact decisions. - Partner with senior cross-functional leaders to streamline workflows and align operational improvements with business goals. Monitor key performance indicators to evaluate progress and ensure sustained operational effectiveness. - Lead organization-wide training programs to embed best practices and elevate operational maturity. - Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across all levels of the organization. - Strong experience in **Capital Markets and Banking** . - Exposure across domains such as **F&A, Commercial Leasing, Contact Centre, Trade Finance, Regulatory Reporting, RTR, and Data & Analytics** . - Ability to manage evolving scope, with new workstreams expected to be added over time. - This role supports a **Canadian banking client** . - Proven experience managing large-scale operations, with responsibility for teams of **1,500+ employees** , with further account growth anticipated. - Strong cross-cultural awareness and stakeholder management capabilities. - Experience leading geographically distributed teams across **India and the Philippines** . - Willingness and flexibility to travel as required. **Education** : Bachelors in Commerce/Bachelors in Economics/Bachelors in Finance/Masters in Business Administration/Masters in Business Analytics
