**Department** **Job Title:** **About Business Line/Function** **Position Purpose:** < - The position is for one of the VP leads in Performance Steering (PS) workstream in Financial Shared Services. - Lead a team of about 10-15 people. - Manage BAU service delivery of performance steering (Financial Analysis) covering, Revenues, Cost, Headcount etc., for multiple regions, and various stakeholders; deliver on various scheduled and adhoc reports, budget, budget vs actual, variance reports, analysis etc., Operate within tight deadlines for production and reporting activities. Establish and run a strong quality control framework for outputs and activities. - Deliver process improvement/ inefficiency. - Manage transitions of new processes from different regions. - Review outputs, create / run a strong control framework to make sure output delivered is accurate. - Engage with onshore stakeholders - Manage risk appropriately for the Financial Synthesis / PS work stream, including BCP, attrition, etc., - Contribute to transformation projects on Financial & Management accounting > **Responsibilities** Direct Responsibilities < - Overall responsibility for managing all aspects of the Financial Synthesis P&L / Performance Steering work stream, including transition, BAU, risk, resiliency, control etc., - Ensure BAU delivery of highest quality, meeting all the deadlines, ensuring satisfaction of onshore/offshore clients - Ensure adherence to all regulatory / compliance / security requirements. - Manage team, keep team motivation high, and inspire team to perform in a challenging environment. - Challenge Status Quo – constantly improve, harmonize, industrialize and re-engineer processes, to make them more efficient and simple. - Engage with global stakeholders, build good relationship with all the stakeholders across the BNPP group. - Execute the BCM responsibilities for respective team/business: - Responsible for overall BCM Programme of your Department to ensure their business continues when BCP is invoked. (BCM strategy, solution, documentation, Testing etc.) - Ensure Business Continuity requirement is integrated with all relevant processes, as applicable - Can delegate the same to their nominated department BC Correspondent - Approve and sign-off business impact analyses, business continuity requirements, strategies and solutions for their department. - Mobilize their teams to actively participate in awareness sessions, training and tests. - Nominate BC correspondents within their scope to act a primary point of contact for the BC Manager.
