**Your Role** As a **Video Conferencing Architect at Capgemini** , you will be responsible for designing and governing enterprise-grade video conferencing and unified communication platforms. You will define architecture, standards, and optimization strategies to ensure seamless, secure, and scalable collaboration experiences across global environments. - Define and design **end-to-end architecture** for enterprise conferencing platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco/Webex) including HLD/LLD and reference architectures. - Establish **governance standards** for meeting rooms, AV infrastructure, lifecycle management, and global conferencing policies. - Lead **platform optimization initiatives** , including QoS tuning, endpoint configuration, and performance improvement to enhance user experience. - Drive **integration and automation** , ensuring seamless connectivity with M365, Exchange Online, Azure AD, and enabling automation via PowerShell and Graph API. - Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors (Microsoft, Cisco, Poly, Logitech) to manage SLAs, ensure compliance, and support transformation to cloud-based conferencing solutions. **Your Profile** - Strong expertise in **Video Conferencing & Unified Communications platforms** (Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Cisco/Webex). - In-depth knowledge of **M365 ecosystem** , including Teams Admin Center, Exchange Online, and Azure AD integrations. - Solid understanding of **AV technologies and meeting room infrastructure** (Poly, Logitech, Crestron). - Hands-on experience with **networking concepts (QoS, TCP/IP, firewall integration)** and performance optimization for real-time communications. - Proficiency in **automation and monitoring tools** including PowerShell, Graph API, CQD, TAC, along with strong stakeholder communication and governance skills.
