Your job is to guide customers through their home-buying journeyright from the first conversation to closing the dealwhile ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Connect with potential buyers via calls, virtual meets, or site visits to pitch projects and drive bookings. - Attend qualified leads, present project options, and bring clients onsite. - Assist in negotiations between buyers and builders. - Build strong client relationships and encourage referrals. - Nurture leads to maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet targets. - Stay updated on real estate trends and local market insights.
