Job Description - -------------- Visionplus SME Location: Gurgaon Experience: 10 to 15 yrs Role Summary We are seeking an experienced VisionPLUS Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep expertise in Cards \& Payments domain to lead solution design, implementation, and support of VisionPLUS-based systems. The candidate will play a critical role in driving end-to-end delivery across product enhancements, upgrades, and production support initiatives. Key Responsibilities * Lead technical design, development, and implementation for VisionPLUS enhancements and upgrades * Perform impact analysis, solution design, and code reviews for complex requirements * Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. * Provide SME-level support for critical production issues, batch failures, and system defects. * Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and performance optimization initiatives. * Handle batch processing, online transaction processing, and production issue resolution * Support system integration, data migration, and platform modernization initiatives * Act as the primary point of contact for clients on VisionPLUS-related discussions. * Participate in client workshops, requirement discussions, and solution walkthroughs. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, QA, Dev, Ops) to ensure seamless delivery. * Review and approve test strategies, test cases, and implementation plans. * Support SIT/UAT cycles and ensure high-quality deliverables. * Validate production readiness and oversee release execution. * Mentor team members and drive technical best practices Technical Skills * Strong expertise in: * VisionPLUS architecture and modules (CMS, FAS, TRAMS, Rewards, Disputes, etc.) * Mainframe technologies (COBOL, JCL, VSAM, CICS) * Experience in: * Batch processing, online transaction processing * Data migration/conversion and system integration * Experience in enhancements, upgrades, and production support Domain Skills * Extensive experience in Cards \& Payments domain (Issuing/Processing). * Strong understanding of end-to-end credit card lifecycle and scheme processing. * Understanding of authorization, billing, settlement, and customer lifecycle Good to Have * Exposure to migration, scheme mandates, or modernization initiatives * Endevor/Changeman tools exposure Key Expectations from SME * Act as a trusted advisor to client and internal teams * Drive solution excellence and delivery quality * Enable knowledge scale-up across teams
