Responsibilities, aka, what we'd like you to deliver: - Own the end-to-end design and development of engaging visual content for learning, training, and internal communication initiatives. - Design high-quality graphics, illustrations, infographics, presentations, posters, and other creative assets that simplify complex concepts. - Create 2D/3D animations and motion graphics for e-learning modules, explainer videos, and training content. - Edit and produce professional-quality videos with seamless transitions, color correction, sound design, visual effects, and branding consistency. - Collaborate closely with Learning & Development, Operations, and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver impactful creative solutions. - Maintain visual consistency by following and evolving brand guidelines across all learning materials. - Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output. - Stay updated with the latest trends in graphic design, animation, video editing, AI tools, and multimedia technologies to continuously improve content quality and reduce turnaround time. - Experiment with innovative design techniques, tools, and workflows to create engaging learning experiences. - Coordinate with external vendors or freelancers whenever required to support multimedia production. Are you who we're searching for? - Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field. - Experience: 1–2 years in graphic design, animation, video editing, e-learning, corporate training, digital media, or a similar creative role. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Blender, Vyond, or equivalent design and animation tools. - Strong understanding of visual storytelling, motion graphics, typography, layout design, and UI/UX fundamentals. - Ability to transform learning concepts into engaging visual experiences through design, animation, and multimedia. - Strong creativity, attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning authoring tools, or AI-powered creative tools will be an added advantage. - Comfortable switching between multiple creative tools and technologies to improve productivity and reduce turnaround time.
