Deliver instructional information for an audience based on learning activities approaches to help an organization achieve their learning goals. What are we looking for? Requirements: Educational Qualification: Bachelor s/Master s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or in any related field. Experience: Proven experience (3 to 6 years) working as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects. Technical skills: • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software. • Should have basic knowledge of Generative AI. •Creativity and Design skills: • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. • Ability to conceptualize and execute original ideas. • Attention to details is a must. Soft skills: • Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and receive feedback. • Strong organizational skills. • Open to learning and adapting to new tools, techniques, and design trends. • Experience with web design, UX/UI principles, and motion graphics will be a plus. Roles and Responsibilities: •Key Responsibilities: • Development under supervision. • Ability to learn and upskill. Relationships: • Report to Media Lead • Coordinate with internal Instructional Design team and Technology team for media assets development.
