Job Description: • VMware vCenter vCops Update Manager View and vCloud Director • VMware Windows Server and AD administration • Knowledge of maintaining Antivirus management servers • Able to use SCCM Collection to push the packages patches • Troubleshooting skills with Windows Servers SCCM • Good scripting knowledge using PowerShell CLI • Understanding of VMWare virtualization technologies • Understanding of Storage technologies Key Responsibilities: • Understand the customer s functional and technical requirements • Prepare and Manage Operating Level Agreements OLA for the customer systems • Preparing and maintain Architecture Diagrams for customer applications • Explain the current service offerings and assist customer to onboard the applications • Involve in capacity planning discussions and plan the capacity extensions of a system • Plan the component upgrades and suggest the customers on patching migration activities • Review the security vulnerability tests results and prepare the counter actions on all components of infrastructure • Interact with customer to understand the application requirements and prepare the right level of changes and resource availability • Plan and launch of new servers and integrate them with existing environments and de launch of old servers • Understand different roles of the application and Infrastructure and request right level of access to teams • Responsible for the application availability and to measures the OLAs for each system • Responsible for the problem resolutions and change implementations in the systems • Implement automations for significant reduction in manual efforts it is essential to have hands on experience in one of the Automation Platforms like SALTSTACK Ansible and Jenkins Technical Requirements: • Primary skills Technology EUC VDI VDI Design Impl Technology EUC VDI Vmware Horizon View Technology Infrastructure Server Administration z VM Additional Responsibilities: • A b i l i t y t o w o r k w i t h c l i e n t s t o i d e n t i f y b u s i n e s s c h a l l e n g e s a n d c o n t r i b u t e t o c l i e n t d e l i v e r a b l e s b y r e f i n i n g a n a l y z i n g a n d s t r u c t u r i n g r e l e v a n t d a t a • A w a r e n e s s o f l a t e s t t e c h n o l o g i e s a n d t r e n d s • L o g i c a l t h i n k i n g a n d p r o b l e m s o l v i n g s k i l l s a l o n g w i t h a n a b i l i t y t o c o l l a b o r a t e • A b i l i t y t o a s s e s s t h e c u r r e n t p r o c e s s e s i d e n t i f y i m p r o v e m e n t a r e a s a n d s u g g e s t t h e t e c h n o l o g y s o l u t i o n s • O n e o r t w o i n d u s t r y d o m a i n k n o w l e d g e Preferred Skills: Technology->EUC-VDI->VDI -Design & Impl,Technology->EUC-VDI->Vmware Horizon View,Technology->Infrastructure-Server Administration->z/VM
