**TCS Is Hiring VMware VeloCloud SD-WAN Engineer L2/L3 Support** **Location: Hyderabad** **Experience: 6+** **Role & responsibilities** - **Manage and support VMware VeloCloud SD-WAN infrastructure including VeloCloud Edge, Gateway, and Orchestrator.** - **Perform end-to-end troubleshooting of overlay and underlay network connectivity issues.** - **Configure and troubleshoot Business Policies, Dynamic Multipath Optimization (DMPO), Link Steering, QoS, WAN Remediation, and Application-Aware Routing.** - **Implement and maintain Hub-and-Spoke, Full Mesh, and Multi-Hub VPN topologies.** - **Configure and troubleshoot Dynamic Routing Protocols (BGP, OSPF) and Static Routing on VeloCloud Edges.** - **Analyze routing tables, route advertisements, redistribution, and failover scenarios.** - **Troubleshoot IPSec VPN, Cloud VPN, Non-VeloCloud Site VPN, and Partner Gateway connectivity.** - **Support integration with AWS, Azure, GCP, and SaaS applications.** - **Perform packet-level analysis using Wireshark, tcpdump, and packet captures.** - **Troubleshoot latency, jitter, packet loss, asymmetric routing, and application performance issues.** - **Configure and support High Availability (HA) deployments, Edge clustering, and link redundancy.** - **Manage WAN transports including MPLS, Broadband, DIA, LTE/5G, and Internet circuits.** - **Support Zero Touch Provisioning (ZTP) and large-scale branch deployments.** - **Work on software upgrades, firmware upgrades, patch management, and maintenance activities.** - **Monitor network health using VeloCloud Orchestrator dashboards and generate operational reports.** - **Perform RCA for critical incidents and recommend long-term fixes.** - **Coordinate with ISPs and carriers for circuit outages and performance degradation.**
