Current Organization Name: **Total IT Experience-6- 8** LOCATION TCS - **Chennai** Current CTC Expected CTC Notice period: Whether worked with TCS - Y/N **Please bring your documents, Aadhar card pan card photocopy of resume and your passport size photo** ============================================= - Install, build, and configure Windows Servers (2008, 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022 & 2025). - Perform OS hardening based on security standards. - Manage Active Directory services (L2 operations). - Managing Azure Entra Connect synchronization and ADFS is an added advantage. - Handle system performance monitoring and tuning. - Troubleshoot OS-level issues (services, registry, disk, memory, CPU). Server Build & Deployment - Provision and deploy physical and virtual servers. - Configure RAID, OS installation, drivers, and baseline configurations. - Perform post-build validation and documentation. - Participate in migration, upgrade, and decommission activities. Windows Server Troubleshooting - Investigate system crashes, boot failures, and performance issues. - Debug event logs, services, network, storage issues. - Troubleshoot domain connectivity, DNS, and authentication problems. - Handle disk issues, file system corruption, and permissions problems. Ticket Handling & Inventory Management - Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, problem tickets and change request. - Ensure SLA compliance and proper documentation. - Maintain server, hardware, and software inventory. - Track hardware lifecycle and ensure audit compliance. Virtualization Support (VMware ESXi / vCenter) - Manage virtual machines using VMware ESXi and vCenter. - Create, clone, migrate (vMotion), and delete VMs. - Monitor cluster health, datastore usage, and resource allocation. - Troubleshoot VM performance and connectivity issues. - Assist with VMware patching and upgrades. Patching & Updates (SCCM / WSUS) - Deploy Windows patches using SCCM. - Monitor patch compliance and generate reports. - Troubleshoot failed patch deployments. - Coordinate patching schedules and downtime activities. - Ensure systems are compliant with security policies. - Perform vulnerability remediation to Windows OS Certificate Authority (CA) Management - Manage Microsoft Certificate Services (ADCS). - Issue, renew, revoke certificates. - Troubleshoot certificate-related issues (expiry, trust errors). - Maintain certificate templates and security policies. Server Hardware Management - Perform server hardware installation and configuration. - Troubleshoot hardware issues (CPU, RAM, disk failures). - Coordinate with vendors for warranty replacements. - Monitor hardware health using tools (iLO, iDRAC, etc.). Firmware & Driver Upgrades - Plan and execute firmware upgrades for servers (BIOS, RAID, NIC). - Ensure compatibility with OS and applications. - Perform testing after firmware updates.
