Demonstrates high levels of initiative, self-drive, and resilience in a fast-paced market environment. * Communication \& Presentation: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial structures and risk metrics clearly to internal committees and external clients. **Your Skills And Experience** * MBA from a premier business school, CA, CFA or equivalent professional qualification. * For Associate: Minimum of 3--5 years of relevant experience in structured finance, investment banking. For VP: Minimum of 7--10 years of experience, with a strong track record of transaction execution and stakeholder management in structured lending or the equities complex. * Product Origination Support: Support and actively participate in product origination efforts. This includes conducting market research, identifying lending opportunities, and preparing high-quality pitch books, client presentations, and structured financing proposals to help secure new mandates. * Transaction Execution: Lead or assist in the end-to-end structuring, underwriting, and execution of structured finance and margin lending transactions within the team's remit. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with coverage, product, and infrastructure colleagues globally to structure bespoke financing solutions that meet client objectives while aligning with the firm's risk appetite. * Deal Documentation: Lead or actively participate in the preparation of term sheets, and coordinate the negotiation of legal documentation (including facility agreements, pledge agreements, and ISDA/derivative documentation) to ensure seamless transaction closing. * Internal Governance \& Approvals: Author comprehensive deal approval memorandums and credit proposals. Drive transactions through internal approval processes, actively participating in discussions with risk, legal, compliance, and other control functions. * Portfolio \& Lifecycle Monitoring: Monitor live transactions on an ongoing basis. Proactively track deal covenants, collateral values, margin maintenance thresholds, and key lifecycle events (such as margin calls, resets, and roll-overs). * Regulatory Compliance: Implement robust strategies to ensure the successful delivery of new products and complex transactions in strict compliance with both Indian (RBI, SEBI) and offshore/cross-border regulatory frameworks. * Performance \& Risk Culture: Achieve set performance and origination targets while maintaining uncompromising ethics and
