**Greetings from TCS!!** **Join Walk-in Drive on 20 June 2026** **Interview Location : Noida** **Position: AJO B2B** **Location:** Noida **Experience:** 4 to 12 Years **Certification:** Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Certified Professional **Key Responsibilities** - Architect, design, and implement **multi-channel customer journeys** leveraging AJO capabilities for personalized and scalable B2B engagement. - Lead **integration efforts** between AJO, AEP, Marketo, Salesforce, and Dynamics, defining data schemas, APIs, and workflows to ensure seamless connectivity. - Manage **migration projects** from legacy marketing automation tools to AJO, including audience migration, data model mapping, and journey re-creation. - Design and implement **advanced audience segmentation and real-time orchestration** using event-based triggers, attributes, and decisioning frameworks. - Collaborate with **Data Engineering and CRM teams** to define and operationalize **data pipelines, identity resolution, and profile activation** in AJO. - Leverage **HTML/CSS and scripting (JavaScript or JSON)** for advanced personalization, email rendering, and dynamic content implementation. - Establish **QA automation frameworks** for validating data flow, triggers, and message delivery accuracy across journeys. - Stay current with **AJO roadmap**, SDKs, and integration updates to recommend optimizations and innovation opportunities. **Required Skills & Qualifications** - 5+ years of experience in **Marketing Automation and Campaign Technology**, with at least 3+ years hands-on with **Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)**. - Proven experience integrating **AJO with Marketo, Salesforce, Dynamics, and AEP/CDP ecosystems**. - Solid understanding of **APIs, webhooks, and data exchange models** between CRM, CDP, and marketing platforms. - Expertise in **journey orchestration, event-driven automation, and personalization frameworks**. - Proficiency in **HTML, CSS**, and **JSON scripting** for campaign templates and dynamic personalization. - Strong background in **data troubleshooting**, **QA automation**, and **error-handling workflows** within marketing operations. - Ability to **translate business logic into technical workflows** and document solutions for scalability. - Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a structured and analytical problem-solving approach. **Good to Have** - Hands-on with **data migration and transformation tools** (e.g., Snowflake, Adobe RT-CDP, AWS, or ETL frameworks). - Exposure to **B2B data models**, account-based marketing (ABM) frameworks, and lead lifecycle automation. - Familiarity with **Git, Postman, and workflow orchestration tools** for integration validation and API testing.
