Apply if you are available for the drive** **Things to carry-Govt ID(Adar/Pan card)** **Role Summary** Design and build AI-enabled workplace applications, agents, copilots, automation workflows, dashboards, and integration services. The role combines front-end, back-end, API, cloud, data, and AI engineering to create production-grade digital workplace capabilities. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop full-stack AI applications using modern front-end frameworks, APIs, cloud services, databases, and AI orchestration layers. - Build workplace copilots, agentic workflows, RAG-based assistants, automation agents, telemetry dashboards, and self-heal integrations. - Integrate with Microsoft Graph, Intune, Entra ID, Teams, ServiceNow/ITSM, DEX tools, knowledge repositories, and enterprise data sources. - Implement secure authentication, authorization, observability, prompt management, evaluation, safety guardrails, and responsible AI controls. - Create reusable components, APIs, microservices, cloud functions, CI/CD pipelines, and automated tests. - Collaborate with architects, data stewards, UX, product owners, and platform engineers to convert DWP use cases into scalable solutions. - Support PoC-to-production transition, performance tuning, reliability engineering, and production support handover. **Required Skills and Competencies** - React/Angular/Vue, Node.js/Python/.NET/Java, REST APIs, microservices, databases, cloud-native development, and DevOps - Azure AI Foundry/OpenAI, language models, RAG, vector stores, prompt engineering, AI evaluation, and agent orchestration - Microsoft Graph, M365, Intune, Entra ID, Teams apps, Bot Framework, Power Platform, or comparable enterprise workplace APIs - Security, identity, secrets management, monitoring, logging, testing, and production-grade engineering practices - Agile delivery, product thinking, rapid prototyping, and strong debugging capability **Preferred Certifications / Credentials** - Azure AI Engineer Associate - Azure Developer Associate - GitHub / DevOps certifications preferred - Microsoft 365 Developer credentials desirable **Success Measures / KPIs** - Feature delivery velocity - Production reliability and defect leakage - AI response quality and evaluation score - Reusable component adoption - Business value from automated use cases **Interview Focus Areas** - Ability to explain a real enterprise transformation scenario and its measurable business value. - Depth of architecture/design thinking and ability to manage trade-offs across security, experience, operations, cost, and scalability. - Hands-on understanding of relevant platforms/tools, integration patterns, data flows, and governance controls. - Communication style for CXO, customer, delivery, and engineering audiences. - Evidence of reusable assets, demos, accelerators, governance playbooks, or delivery enablement created in previous roles.
