About the department The Investment & Trade Client Services team enables the companys trading and investment activities by ensuring accurate derivatives confirmations, lifecycle processing, and settlement oversight. The team collaborates closely with trading, operations, technology, and external counterparties to deliver high-quality client service. How you will add value Core Responsibilities • You will manage confirmations for Over the Counter (OTC) and Exchange-Traded Derivatives (ETD). • You will ensure trades comply with regulatory and contractual requirements. • You will process lifecycle events such as resets, expirations, and terminations. • You will resolve discrepancies across OTC derivatives and digital asset transactions. • You will oversee reconciliation of positions and collateral for OTC and ETD. • You will manage prime broker collateral and investigate related breaks. • You will monitor and resolve settlement fails to reduce risk. What will help you be successful in this role Experience, Education & Certifications • 1–3 years in financial services, ideally in derivatives or trade operations. • Hands-on experience with the Aladdin application. Technical Skills • Proficiency with Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate. • Familiarity with industry trading or settlement systems. Soft Skills • Strong communication skills. • Effective time management and prioritization. • Flexibility to work in shift-based schedules. • Strong understanding of market operations and ability to adapt to change **Work Schedule & Location** - Shift: 4:30 PM–1:30 PM or 6:30 PM–3:30 AM IST (rotational). - Location: On-site, Hyderabad.
