Walk-in || Assembly maintenance Engineer

Job description

KRAs and KPIs:- • Expert in Operation & maintenance of all the equipment related to Utility maintenance • Expert in HT, LT, Transformer, VCB, ACB, Switch Gear, Capacitor Panel, DG, Air Compressor, dryer, Earth Pit, ESD area, Lighting arrester, Knowledge • Have good knowledge of HVAC/AHU/FCU/Chiller/Pumps/Air Shower/Clean Room, RO, Softener Plant, Motors, VFD • Handling of shift activities-Maintain log book, shift handover, running issues discussion, check critical spare availability • Have god knowledge of Star-Delta Connection • Ability to read Electrical drawings, MCB,MCCB,ELCB,RCCB knowledge • Ability to analyze downtime and monitor OEE failure and ensure their root cause analysis & elimination, CAPA, 5Why analysis • Control assembly lines Spare part consumption and manage their inventory • Fire header line of sprinkler, Jockey, Hydrant & fire engine pump knowledge • Have good sound of lifting equipments like Lift, Fork, Stacker, Scissor • Maintain all the record & documentation as per ISO / TPM standards • Proficient in reading machine drawing/reports and trouble shooting and analytic skill to identify issue root cause and take action • Change, 5S, TPM and other advanced manufacturing methodologies, tools and concepts.
