Role: Outbound caller Designation: Assistant Manager Experience: 2 years + in outbound calling Work Location: Goregaon (East), Mumbai Education: Graduate Annual CTC Range: 3.50 Lacs to 4.25 Lacs + Incentives Interview rounds: 1st round HR (Telephonic/ virtual), 2nd round - in office with team leader, 3rd round with team manager, 04th round with vertical head **Saturday is working** **Responsibilities** - Meet targets on Revival business, productivity and quality - Make Outbound call to customers to revive the existing insurance policy by connecting with the customer to pay the outstanding premium - Provide complete and correct information on the product purchased by the customer, if asked by the customer - Ensure customer delight and consistent service experience, including successful receipt of customer premium payment - Adherence to Information security guidelines & quality process norms **Desired profile** 1.
