**Designation : Associate Executive / Executive (Branch Incharge) : Last Mile Ops** **Location : Kursela, Manihari, Gopalganj, Bhore, Bhore, Malmaliya,Benipur, Phulparas, Madhubani,Katihar,Bhawanipur Rajdham,Madhepura, Madhepura,Mohania, Rohtas,Birpur, Phulparas, Kahalgaon, Sultanganj,Banka,Bettiah,Rusera, Phulparas, Siwan, Kuchaikote, MAHARAJGANJ,chandi,Narkatiaganj, Sahabganj, Patna,MUZAFFARPUR.** ***Duties/Responsibilities:*** 1. **Responsible for last mile operations of the DC/branch.** 2. **Take care of stock received and stock outward.** 3. **Tracking & maintaining data for daily shipments.** 4. **Responsible for arranging maximum deliveries within TAT. Also, decreasing aging of the shipments.** 5. **Need to minimize the TAT failure and ensure processes are followed to minimize loses at the Service center.** 6. **Ensures quality check of all shipments/bags and ensures zero missing shipments with value and count.** 7. **Preparation of various MIS reports like Inbound, outbound, RTO and aging reports.** 8. **Monitor the NDR/RTO and find solutions for reducing monthly NDR & RTO %.** 9. **Maintaining the service center workplace with dignity and ensuring clean workplace policies**
