**Role: Azure Integration Services Architect** **Experience:5-10Years** **Location: Hyderabad(Face to Face on 4Th July 2026)** **Job Description:** **Required Technical Skills** **Azure Cloud Services** **Azure Data Factory (ADF)** **Azure AI/ML** **Azure Machine Learning** **Azure Cognitive Services** **OpenAI Integrations** **Azure Synapse Analytics** **Must-Have Skills:** **Strong experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud Services.** **Hands-on expertise in Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Synapse Analytics.** **Experience with Azure AI/ML services including Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, and OpenAI integrations.** **Good understanding of enterprise application integration patterns and API-based integrations.** **Experience in handling XSLT files and XML-based data transformation formats.** **Experience in SFDC (Salesforce) integrations and SAP ByDesign (SAP BYD) integrations.** **Knowledge of Azure Integration Services such as Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, and API Management.** **Experience in monitoring and supporting cloud-based production applications/services.** **Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and root cause analysis skills.** **Experience in handling SLA-based support environments.** **Good communication and stakeholder management skills.** **Good-to-Have Skills:** **Exposure to Terraform or Infrastructure as Code (IaC).** **Knowledge of Power BI and reporting solutions.** **Experience with data governance and security practices.** **Azure certifications such as Azure Data Engineer Associate or Azure AI Engineer Associate.** **Experience working in global support and managed services engagements.** **Responsibilities / Expectations:** **Monitoring and support of Azure services/applications.** **Support documentation and knowledge management.** **Reporting of support service metrics and SLA adherence.** **Communication and stakeholder management.** **Troubleshooting production incidents and performing root cause analysis.** **Continuous improvement and optimization of cloud applications/services.** **Coordination with customer architects, business SMEs, and support teams.** **Learning and adopting new Azure AI/ML technologies as required.**
